Question about modifications such as wraps for staffs and orb heads. Say you have a handle for a sword or something that adds 1 to strength (19%) does that mean that 19 out of 100 attacks (theoredically) you do a little extra damage and a little extra damage on your swordsmanship spells?

19 out of 100 Sword Attack skills that you use will have a very very very very slight extra armor penetration bonus. 19 out of 100 Strength based skills that you use may benefit from the +1. In theory.

It will not effect normal attacks at all.
