I have no idea about the 1st one... a lot if you get the right buyer and for 2nd one pruning increases the value by 5000% so I guess 60k+ or so... I'm not 100% sure about it

im guessing 150k+ for #1 really not sure tho

or sell to dirrt for 4 mil
