Price Check on Zodiac Dagger (+14% damage always)

Hello, I would like a Price Check on the following:

Silencing Zodiac Daggers of Dagger Mastery
Piercing damage 7-17 (req 9)
Damage +14%
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Lenghtens Dazed duration on foes by 33%
Dagger Mastery +1 (19% chance when using skills)
