WTB Zephis Axe 15^50 (high req), Hammer 15^50 and other mods

as the title i'm searching for:

Zephis Axe with high req and not perfect (it doesn't matter other mods)
any Hammer 15^50 also with high req and no mods

Also a Gemstone Axe is good for me... i'll wait answers
