Yes infusion is a necessity if you plan on fighting anymore than the 3 caster non-bosses at the start of Ice Caves. Take on some bosses plus jades in Abaddon's Mouth and let us know how it goes (at this point the hench are infused so they may help carry you). Or at Iron Mines, go up the east path to skip infusion, and let us know how that works for you.

Dunno where you guys are coming from. Im already infused, and on Fire Islands.
