The Stance Crimson Carapace Shields that people got from outside Camp Rankor before the shield change to 60/-3 (hexed) turned into the hexed ones. The desert Crimson Carapace Shields didn't change though. This is fixed now because there is a collector who takes your 60/-3 one, and converts it to a stance one, free of charge, and keeps the dye colour. The best bit: I don't have a boring Crimson Carapace Shield anymore, I have a Stalwart Carapace Shield

I thought your job is to manage the communty and be a link between customers and company. But I never see the link. You're just doing things that you like or you think are funny.
How can the company get decent feedback if her communty manger never responds to criticism?

Gaile, thanks for being there for the community, I really appreciate all the ideas you relay to the devs.
You may be a kid but i for sure am not. You don't sound harsh to me, you're just defending your point of view and so am I. And i've seen Gaile often enough in the game and she almost nevers answers serious questions. She only answers what she likes to answer and if I see ppl asking serious things about quests, skills, future improvements,... she is just having her fun with kids worshiping her.

Perhaps what seems to you to be a lack of response is just a lack of response to issues that are not worth responding to
