If I put this in the wrong forum, please move it to the correct forum

I own my own dedicated server. Dual Xeon 3.4 with HT and a very stable connection. So I've decided to make use of it, via guild wars. I noticed many guilds have been looking for free teamspeak2 servers and ventrilo servers. I've also noticed many of them don't have paypal or anyway to transfer money to get a TeamSpeak2 server.

So one day it hit me, why not sell teamspeak2 servers for guildwars money? Of course I would run into the typical questions and accusations of me being a jipper, but this is not the case. I'm already hosting a few guilds as of right now, and they pay daily.

EDIT: See my post below. -Swampgirl

Question... what are you doing with that virtual gold is my question...

because if your turning around and ebaying or whatever thats clearly a violation...

but otherwise really if your little business does take off what are you planning on doing with your platinum flow

carefull, this might be interpreted as trading of ingame stuff, which can get you banned.

actually your right... even though the trade isnt virtual for rl money it is trade form a rl service which definately can be construed to be considered

I don't auction off any guild wars money. And I don't plan to host.. 15 - 20 clans at a time. I should of said this was a limited offer only. How could it get me banned? I don't see where it violates there TOS.

They should consider this a promotion for there game :-P. Make it easier for guilds to communicate with one another. Which makes there customers - happy.

i don't believe either of us are trying to flame you...

more like show a concern for your best interests...

i might reconsider doing it as an exchange of rl service for virtual items... keep it completely seperate... you want to turn a profit thats fine but you should keep it outside the game itself...

Actually, signing up just to post an advertisement is against our rules. And this is dangerously close to violating that selling rule.

Closed.

P.S. It's not a really good idea to post your email publically.
