I’m am so disappointed with the support from Anet that I’m about to just direct people away from this game since I work in games store.
I original posted help a few days ago because one of my account as been stolen and since then I have had advice to address it to [email protected] or [email protected] because I was told they will help my situation. Every time I email them I get this sent to me…

I’ve even tried 2 different emails and this still happens.
While this hacker is having a great time with my account that I rightfully bought!
What am I doing wrong? Please can anyone help me get some help from Anet…
I need to get my account stopped that this hacker is using and I want it back
What does it take to get help from this company?
Please, please, pleaseeeeeeeee……. there must be someone out there willing to help me solve this horrible experience and get my account back…

From the PlayNC Security FAQ:
Not sure there's much you can do. But you can try going to http://support.guildwars.com/, click on your territory, click on the Ask a Question tab, and put in a support ticket. And then you can pray. ANet does respond if you contact them in the correct way.
But telling people to stay away from Guild Wars because ANet can't return your stolen account is like telling people not to buy a Ford because the manufacturer won't replace your stolen Mustang. Maybe you shouldn't have left the keys lying around.

Yeah I really don't know why they don't have a DAMN phone number, so you can call them. Maybe there is but I haven't found it. If not then, all I can say is goodjob there arenanet, messed up once again.

TO THE OP
1 go to support
2 open a ticket with a brief explanation.
3 THE FIRST RESPONSE IS AUTOMATED AND MUST BE REPLIED TO IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR THE TICKET IS AUTO CLOSED.
4 reply that the first response did not solve the problem and it is kicked up to a tech.
5 give the support person any required account information requested.
6 account is returned to person who has proof of purchase.
7 emails dont work as they go to the wrong department.
