i want to know the lowest req for the hand axe and the storm bow and of course the mods will be max with 15% dmg while health above 50% and 30 health and 10/10 sundering mod
The Lowest requirement i have seen is a (req. 7) one but you just have to buy a 15^50% req. 7 axe then put the mods on yourself instead of buying one. It will be alot cheaper.
