Pc on a gold phoenix blade req8 and a gold recurve bow req8

i woulkd like to have a pc on this gold phoenix blade and this recurve bow pls:

max ebon dmg
+14% dmg always
-5 energy
swordmanship+1(chance while using skills 20%).

Gold recurve bow

max shocking dmg
dmg +15% always
en-5
marksmanship+1(chance while using skills 20%)
