Value of perfect fortitude and vamp mods for dagers

Dagger handle of fortitude +30 health?
Vampric Dagger Tang (Life Stealing 3)?

Both are max and I was told by several people that the prices are 25-35k and 8-15k (respectively), but others say they're 5k and 2k (respectively). Considering that the fortitude mods usually go for a decent amount and that the vamp mod is supposed to be rare, I don't think that they're worth only 2k and 5k...
