10 Marks req
Health 29
Armor Pen. 20%/20% chance

Hale Holy Staff of Shelter:
Energy+10
Max Dmg
Red. Disease by 20%
Armor +7 Phys
Health +29
Halves Casting Time Prot.Prayer 19%

I realize each have some flaws, which has made it harder for me to price.

Flatbow: Expert salvage - getting the AP 20/20 would be terrific, getting the +29 would still be good.

Staff: Expert salvage - either mod might get you a couple of ks. ( I would merchant though...)
