Hi i am very new at this game and i am a ranger. Where is a good place for me to start training and things like that. If you have tip for plz give them. I was looking at ranger build i think i will go shock sniper... so plz help me out.

oh ya i was also looking at some skill for shock sniper but when i looked in the database for the location to get them i did not know where they were.
