i need to know where does this weapons drop

and where are the places were perfects of those are dropped

Almost nowhere, hence the rarity.

I've seen afflicted drop serpent zxes, but never gold and never max damage.

Sephis axes are dropped by undead, but again, almost never max. I had heard rotscale dropped them very occasionaly, but haven't seen any myself.

Dwarven axes don't drop from any monster ingame. They can only be found in the keyless chests in the UW, FoW, or from the HoH chest.

most weapons are just dropping randomly there are places were you get more chance of drop for a non-gold weapon. But if you want max damage weapons you should fight high lvl enemys, because then you got more chance to get max damge weapons

I've had several serpent axes dropping in the Archipelagos, during the Jade Arena quest. I don't recall seeing a max-dmg one however.

you can get gold max dmg sephis axes from the chests in hells principe.
