Skills trouble

What Ranger Skills should I get presearing for an R/N build. I have the three skills you get for becoming a necro, a res sig, powershot, troll ungent, point blank and a prep spell that makes me shoot faster. I cant find any other ones though, could you tell me what they are and where to get them.
