Why cant anet help me with this?

heres my problem,

i did the last mission which is to kill shiro on my character which hasnt done the mission. By right if i finish the mission i will get an amulet of mist. I a amulet along with my char cos i wanna exchange for 2 items in 1 go.

Sadly when i finish the mission i wasnt given any amulet. I guess the quest detected an amulet on me and tat is y im not given an amulet. So i request for anet to do something about it...maybe reset my quest state or give me an amulet..but no...i got this as an answer

I would do the mission again and then talk to Suun. If you never completed it with that character, you'll get your amulet.

i guess someone reseted my quest...i got my amulet finally.

They didn't reset your quest, that is for sure. In your situation you could just as easily be lying as telling the truth and unfortunately there are TONS of liars for greedy gain in society. Therefore: something else is the answer, but not that they reset your quest. You would have noticed a second experience award, etc. for beating Shiro at the end too.

Regardless, glad you got your amulet you deserved.

n yea...which comes to my point...why lie in the forums when it brings me no reward....i did the damn mission 3 times the day b4..talked to the dude 3 times..n no amu...something wrong somewhere..i dont know

do the ammy's stack if so then maybe you got the ammy the first time and diden't notice then you actully diciede to look in your inventory and just noticed that you have 2 ammy in your inv and now feel stupid cuz you diden't notice it the first time and just saying that some how you could redo the quest and get the ammy but not getting it the first few times and i know they diden't reset your quest cuz they woulden't do something like that to help one person then they would have to do that to everybody that asks something like that and also you would need to show alot of proof before anet even thought about doing anything like that

there was no rollback, witch it would have had to be for the quest to have been reset
