PC on a Perfect Gold Oni blade and a Forbidden staff(really good)

I would like a PC On these two items please:

Furious Oni Blade of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (Requires 8 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 10%)
Health +30

and tihs forbidden staff

Insightful Forbidden Staff of Healing Prayers
Energy +10
Earth Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Channeling Magic)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Energy +5
Healing Prayers +1 (19% chance while using skills)

I can always put a staff wrapping of fortitude to add +29 or +30 health if it would significantly increase the value of the item instead of the healing prayers mod.. but i'd greatly appreciate any help..
