PC on Daggers

I am not sure if these are even worth anything but wanted to check before I sold them to a merchant (I don't have a assasin so have no clue what is worth something on one. I know on my other characters normally having a gold item that drops with both a handle and a wrapping (whatever it is called for a dagger) normally means it is worth something especially when max. Although I am not sure the 7 elemantal damage is that great. The 8 Dagger Mastery I am assuming is good (at least I know 8 in markmanship is always a great thing)
