and the other is a pretty decent restoration staff with lowish dmg and mods:
Hale Celestial Staff of Fortitude
Energy +10
Fire Dmg 10-19 (req 9 restoration)
Halves skill recharge of spells 10% chance
Halves casting time of spells 10% chance
Health +29
