Tons of people have told me 100+ectos, especially considering a req 13 with the worst mods goes for like 2 million.

a req 13 with a damge mod could possibly go for 2 million(15>50) but never a purple with no damage mod

Eh, only one with a damage mod will sell above even 100k... whomever told ya that was an idiot. Sorry. No damage mod = very low value. I sold a low req no dmg mod one for 60k before factions, and they have gone down in value alot.
