But how much do you think i can sell it, with 20/20 sundering and +30 hp?

The axe was before +1 20% and another shitty mod...

I have upgraded it to a perfect axe so i want to earn the exactly real value of it. I think is higher than 250k, or not?

If you plan on selling a weapon don't mod it, it won't sell for as much as weapon+mods seperatly.

Not quite sure what to make of this post.

It is perfect by one of the standards. It is also stickied at 200-250k.
I don't know if that's attainable...but it's quite an attractive weapon.
