Rare skins with no max gold versions

I know we have the tyrian sickle and the tribal axe....
but what about this?



Theres also the chakram with the 4 circles protruding from it.

Ive never seen max/gold versions of these, i was wonderinf if anyone has.

Im wonderingif anyone has gotten a gold/max Crude Axe, I know for sure they drop in the Shing Jea area. The outcast Warriors carry these, yet they've never dropped them once(I farm in their areas alot). Might have been able to get a few max or gold ones from the lesser grasps but the event is over.... shouldnt have wasted my time afk'in A title

some quest rewards and greens seem to have unique skins that can't be found on normal drops, Kanaxai axe for example. and of course the yakslepper and kephet;s refuge skin.
can't remember that wooden chakram tough, what stats has it got and where did you get it? :P

Unless the outcast warrior is lvl20 or higher the drop will not be max

Actually monsters ~lvl15 can drop max stuff. Though rarely.

Monsters ~lvl17-18 drop near max ro max stuff decently often.

Though you are right lvl20+ monsters do MOSTLY drop only max stuff.

Its a drop from an ascalon gargoyle.

Someone relay that messige to the Factions elite missions please. I see almost nothing max in those, unless it comes out of a chest.

Although I appreciate all the 10-20 Bo staffs.
