I can solo vermin down by senji's corner, but I don't think it is really worth it, the green is only worth 500g...
If so, anyone have an good solo farming spots for an axe war/monk?

Vermins are worth it, it pays quite well imo for such an easy run. As for that green, it doesent drop much for me anyways, I just give it away when it does.

I don't think people farm vermin for the green I think it's because vermin can drop celestial items. So mainly they are just wishing for that gold max +15%^50 low req weapon to drop. That would be my guess anyway.

Ah ok.. but I only got about 1.5k the whole run, killing all the vermin, salvaging and identifieing everything..
Is there any other spot to farm like this?

i kill them for materials, salvage everything, and you should come out with some steel, iron, and some other stuff too. you can also salvage the hides for scales which are going pretty good right now.

the Koi scepters are great for steel and iron. the vermin hides can be sold for 20g each or what I do is save them and when I get 250 I tade them in @ the collector just outside and get an extra 25g per 5 hides witch is 6,250g

I farmed them when I needed some scales for my Ranger's 15K Canthan. Great and easy way to farm scales IMO.

Yes, they are worth it, i got my best run from them (best amount of money i got) from Vermin, onyl 1796 or somming like that

I also get Canthan keys and an occasional silver dye. Plus it's kind of fun.

instead of trading in the hides salvage them to Scales, right now the vender buys 10 scales for 100gp, 1 hide is 4-5 scales, so usually with 2 hides you can make an extra 60gp each.

I probably just lowered the price on scales

Yeah, I always get some keys, and I use those for Chest Running down in Nephui Quarter. Are there any other GOOD places to farm like this? Everyone says Trolls drop crap.

Just use a normal salvage kit for the hides and sell the hides to the material trader. You'll make bank.

I get about 3k per run...you kill the vermin at the end and go into the portal to Wajjun bazaar, then warp back for another run. I got lucky one, got a Celestial sword and 20 steel ingots.

Better than trolls...

I timed it tonight, I made around 15k in about an hour and a half. That's about 1.5k each trip, then salvaging hides for scales, swords/axes/shields/rods for iron and steel, then selling all the materials. I've since tried Minotaurs and Trolls, but neither yielded anything near what I make at the Vermin.

I hope I didn't just ruin it for everyone, lol.

EDIT: oh and yeah, dyes drop at least 2 per trip. Haven't seen any blacks yet, but have had a few silver and plenty of the other colors.

I've gotten a Celestial Longbow, Shield, and Staff, so yes they do drop celestials
