I dont know why but Im not scared to salvege weapons anymore i have a curse, I got a good gold iteam a mod i want on it, but i always get the one i dont want or something completely diff like one time I got 1 iron from a gold Winged sword, I have alot of stoires, and it seems to be happining alot..
anyone know why??

I don't know if this is confirmed, but in my experience lower level mobs drops gold items that are less likely to salvage successfully. So if you've be been farming mostly < level 20 mobs, that might explain it.

Well I farm hydras, trolls, griffons(the few that are left)
and some times avacra But every time it always happens, you know any place els or any other enimys i could farm with a 55 or a Glad def war build, that might change that..
I also do tundra giants but they drop crap most the time..

Seriously, I've been burned more than once with salvage kits. I tried salvaging a superior vigor from my old warrior armor once and didn't get it. It was worth 60k at the time.

Hey, I cant type at all but I speak english just fine!
yeah I had that problem to I got a gold armor!
and i salved it and got a minor rune, no lies at all I did I got a minor rune for gold armor.
and the time i got a sup AB when they were like 80k, i got 6 feathers.
or when I was soloing trolls and Nothing at all dropd.
Or when I was farming griffons way back then I got a req 7 FDS and I got err7 right befor I pickd it up, I just seam to have really really shity luck, all the time.... and i dont know why!!!

YA what he said for runes salvage with a superior or expert, never a normal salvage, I did that with a superior absorbtion as a noob when it was 60k and got like 13g worth of mats.

I've tucked my sup-vigor on a mask and intend to never salvage it.
To my knowledge, superior and expert salvage kits only differ in the number of charges, not in what and how they salvage.
