Alrite so I picked it up today fairly cheap and I wounder what I could sell it for...

Air Wand (12 Air Req)
11-22 Damage Of course
+15 energy
-1 energy regen
20% recharge air skills

It's pretty much perfect except for the req but oh well casters use over 12 anyways. Any help here is welcome

Perfect 15 -1s with a perfect 20% skill recharge that corresponds with the wand's requirement are hard to come by. Requirement is not a problem here, and neither is Air Magic which has always had its uses. Skin might be Prophecies, but I still prefer old school rather than Factions skin...

As for the price... Don't know... Sorry, I can't help you Mr D J...

Seriously though, ~60-80k sounds about right...
