I saw that. I even mentioned that i saw it im my top post. the stickey is good and all, but a pricerange of 200-300k is a hug difference, and i was hoping to narrow it down a little

I'm not sure what you want to get out of this thread Wrath. As an experienced trader, you know that prices aren't absolute, and that there's always a range. The range reflects the conditions at a particular time, be it the availability of buyers, or the availability of the item, etc., etc. Also, if you have questions about the sticky, I'd recommend posting in that thread, instead of creating a whole new one.
