I have a gold Celestial Shield req. 11 tactics, +42 health (while in stance). Is it worth anything?

Sorry to tell you, but it's merch food.

Shields are worth something when they have at least one perfect mod in it with reasonable req. -3 from +45hp is little bit too far away from making it worth trying to sell.
