i have two issues of gwf on two different computers we are plugged into the same router and play a lot at the same time. the problem is that one computer runs perfectly no glitches, nothing, however the other computer will run gwf for about an hour or two then crash. i can play other games to no end on the computer and nothing happens, it runs perfectly but when i play gwf it seems to crash again.
i have set back the drivers on my 6600 thinking that might be it but it still does the crash thing. all the temps are fine plus if it is not crashing with oblivion and other games like that then i do not think it is a hardware problem.
i am almost thinking it is maybe a network problem or router problem on my side but i am not sure. the one computer connects fine, plays fine, the other slow to connect, sometimes not connecting, and then after an hour or so the game crashes. i am at a loss please help.
both computers are the same specs
amd 3000+
1gig ram
80 gig hd (7200rpm)
6600 turbo force gfx (computer that crashes has the 7.8 drivers)
winxp sp2
any ideas on what the freak is going on?

What other games do you play, and also who made the 6600? What are the temps for the 6600 too..

msi nividia geforce 6600. the temps are running fine. it can play oblivion, fear, half life 2 etc on it and it does not crash. it only crashes with gwf. the other computer with the same specs plays it fine. there are no virus or malware problems on the computer, it just does not want to play gwf.

Turbo force? Is that the card's brand name?

By "crash" what do you mean? Are you getting a specific error, a blue screen, what? "crash" is a pretty vague term.
