PC on -5 Energy scroll from Cities of Ascalon quest

Do these still sell for anything? And is there a particular place to trade PVP items?

I tried listing it a couple times in Kaineng Center and had two people mistake it for the -50 cesta.

And while I'm at it...is it worth trying to sell a bow w/o max damage if the rest of the stats are good? Have a Zealos Plagueborn Hornbow of Fortitude

erm the first looks pretty useless to me, perhaps i am missing the point of it though and it has some great use..... for something or other lol, 2nd just salvage, never worth the hassle to sell non max damage weapons

The -5 energy (nets to -2) is supposed to be useful in some PvP energy denial thing. I think they switch items to keep all their energy being removed by certain mesmer builds.

The negative energy scroll is quite useless now that there's the Forgotten Fan around.
