Celestial Sword Trouble

ok, I solo Nahpui Quarter with my 55, and I always see the blades with the Celestial Swords out, but about halfway to their death, they switch to the crenellated sword, and the ones that do this always drop either koi scepter or cockatrice staff, every once in a while I get one alone in a spot and the blade sometimes keeps it out the whole time and I get drop, anyone know the trick to get them to not switch weapons, or know what I am doing wrong? Thanks a bunch.

Your opponent deserves not a lingering death. Kill them quicker, reducing their ability to switch to anything else.

I recognized the same, but this is no weapon-switch. The Lights are casting a weapon-spell on them and this ends after 10 seconds or so. And this spell has an effect on the weapon-skin, that makes it look nearly like a celestial sword.
