shields like this can sell for a wide range of prices, depending on the amount of time you want to put in.

I'm guessing that most offers you will get will top out around 60-80k (with people always pointing out that enchantments can get shattered)...but you'll sell it to someone who offers 150-200k...eventually.

I sold an Ornate Shield with exact same stats, but with req 9 Tactics, today for 80k, so I'd say sell for around that price if you want a relatively easy sell.
