I have found a few issues that have been bugging me, the first is that i die a little too easy because i cannot afford to buy the factions armor due to it costing 5k +mat at kanieng center, i barely ever have 5k on me at one given time.
and the more important issues with my ritualist, is that i cannot seem to find a PvE offensive build that is decent, using spirits and/or challening magic, dont get me wrong I like doing the whole restore thing, but i have a lvl 20 monk that i made to do that, i love my rit, dont get me wrong, but how do i make a good build with what i have?
and also, i'm at borilis seaboard or w/e, and no elite captures on my rit yet, where can i find some good/helpfull caps
issues with my rit...

Okay, first off, don't complain about armor.
Armor I believe for everyone is the same, 5k + materials. I completed the game with my Rit/N with the armor from the island. I never bought armor from the mainland. So it can be done with Island Armor (just not starting armor).
I don't know what you spend your money on if you can't obtain 5k. By the time you get to Borilis, you should have obtained way more than 5k.
Channeling:
Channeled Strike
Destruction
Essence Strike
Gaze From Beyond
Spirit Boon Strike
Spirit Rift
Generous Was Tsungai
Flesh of My Flesh
No elites. Destruction is on a time limit with life. Gaze shortens spirit life and does damage to foe. Spirit Boon Strike gives spirit more life and does damage. Hold GWT and do more damage with Channeled Strike. Essence Strike will give you more energy with Destruction in the area.
Soul Twist is when you face Shiro the first time (after getting both the spear and urn). But it is a random boss, it may not appear in that city mission.
I don't know about Ritual Lord.
Hope this helps.

You not being able to save has nothing to do with being a ritualist.
Money is given to you when you complete almost every quest, items and gold drop from monsters that your party kills.
If you can't afford a whole set of armor, buy the chest piece first, as that is the area that gets hit the most.
You can be offensive by using weapon spells on your teammates.
In Borealis Mission wailing weapon makes a nice interrupt spell on the last boss.
Brutal weapon is useful on rangers using barrage.
Apart from channelled strike etc, you could also chose to become a spawning M M using explosive growth and boon of creation.
Check out www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills for some maps of where to get skills.

agreed. if you cant afford to buy the armour pieces, just go out a few runs with henchies and go get collectors. cheap and easy.if you're too lazy to farm for the materials...just ask to buy.i offered 50 a piece cos i was lazy to get the last few materials i needed.
and a good thing to do is to check the website mentioned in the post above and i usually cap as i go along with the missions. having elites do not nessecerally change the outcome of your missions (not sayin it doesnt at all), but its more how u handle every situation.
i usually go chanelling to complete simple missions or to travel from town to town.in harder missions, i go as a restorer. and ive completed every mission except the last one with henchies (damn that shiro!!) so that works best for me

Get collector's armour. The collector's are easy to get to and what you need to collect isn't hard to get either.
Arkantos
Collectors armour is the best when you have no money, so get that.
