New uses/rewards for amulet of the mists?

I personally didn't find any of the end game greens attractive, considering everyone and his mother has one of each (of the nicest looking at least). And the wands didn't appeal to me at all.

AFAIK, most or all of those greens' skins were designed by players. I think a new contest should be held every few months to add new end game rewards or replace the old ones. Or possibly add other uses for the amulet that may appeal to those that didn't fancy any of the greens.

I leave the specifics to others, just wanted to share my thoughts.

I thought about adding some poisonous sarcasm here, but I guess I'm just too nice.
Seriously though, if I needed the money, I'd sell.
I don't think my requests are unreasonable. Periodically renewing or replacing the end game rewards would help keep players interested. I'm sure a lot of people will agree that the coolness of Exalted Aegis and friends has faded quite a bit since Factions was released.

You've beat all the missions and you have access to a range of pretty nice weapons, from which you may choose one for free. No, it's not very unique or special because everyone's done the same, but it's a nice reward and really, what you're asking would take quite some work and is a bit much to ask just so you can have something unique for your amazing accomplishment.

No to new additions, unless they let you get another one/trade in your old one. This would annoy all the people who already finished and used theirs (they'd potentially be pushed to buy another one)

First of all, none of the end game greens attractive?!?!. They are awsome. Well...the Shields and the Wayward Wands are anyway. These wands saved my life hehe.

For me a nice addition would be to burn the amulet in exchange for a purely ascetic change on your character or on an item. Typical example : give the amulet and a shield, and you get a new shield in return with the same stats but a new rare skin. A random rare skin would be even more exciting (very expensive gamble for people who are swimming in gold and ectos).

It's just a bling thing, most stat combos have been used on one or more greens already (dual damage reduction for shields might be the only exception, I don't know all the greens).
And instead of complaining about not having access to the new looks without getting another amulet, shouldn't people rather be somewhat happy about having something that new players don't have access to except through trades?
But I guess this is just the backside of a vanity driven economy.
I want it all and I want it now!

My subjective opinion. And second..?
Also, I didn't write "none of the end game greens are attractive, period".
Please read the post again, and I'll clarify if needed.

Assuming you mean aesthetic (ascetic causing more of an oxymoron in this context), I suppose that would be one way to satisfy (and create) a demand.
