I know it's not worth much if anything at all, just popped out of a chest and thought i'd check anyway... What do you reckon it's worth? or should i just salvage it?

Hope you didn't mod it yourself, as this one is not worth modding. It's high req and it's a mesmer item, so I'd say 20k, maybe a bit more if you can find the right buyer. Going to be hard to sell, though.
