ok so the worst skill in the game is already take so why not rip off a good thing in hopes of doing something better? .... my thoughts exactly.. so to kick it off.. this is my most hated skill bar..... it may look familiar to some of u... if it does then you deserve to die a horrible death

Eviscerate, Executioner's Strike, Distracting Blow, Tiger's Fury, "I Will Avenge You!", Sprint, Charm Animal, Resurrection Signet.

Okay, I'm confused.

Did you want the worst skill bar or the most hated?

The worst skill bar I can think of is:
No Skills.
All Cap Signets.
Restore Life, Rebirth, Resurrection Chant, Light of Dwayna, Resurrect, Vengeance, Flesh of My Flesh, and Resurrection Signet.

As for hated:

I don't know, I don't play PvP or GvG to say.

Yes I have faced this in Random Arenas. I've been forced to monk next to something similar in FoW.

And a recent Mo/N spammed Order of Pain as the only other (supposedly heal) monk in FoW. I know he also had heal party, but he didn't really use any skills except OoP. And yes, we went a looong way.

Here's my idea of the absolute worst bar in the game:

Tank any type of damage like a chameleon using the mantras and echo backfire (to shutdown multiple casters and do loads of damage) or echo ignorance (to shutdown multiple warrior's healing signets). High armor and dolyak signet will highly reduce the damage you take from physical.

EDIT: the post above just reminded me of an honorable mention -- a 55 Mo/E with Ether Prodigy and Conteplation of Purity that I actually saw running around in RA griefing teams (thankfully, he was on the opposing team).

The one redeeming value that this skill bar has is when all the rest of your team is dead you can A. Echo Ligh of Dwayna (with Mantra of Recovery) to keep them coming back to life for another swift death.

True, since Spirit Bond triggers after damage has been calculated with armor, but before it has been calculated with the aftereffects of Skills/Spells such as Protective Spirit or Frenzy. Since frenzy does not actually take 40AL away from your armor (although the effect is the same), the double damage from frenzy will not trigger spirit bond. It will trigger from Elemental Resistance (-24 AL to phs) and Healing Signet's -40 AL. Still, the easiest way to get spirit bond to trigger is to wear a Special Event Headpiece 0AL and the leggings and greaves of the lowest possible armor you can find. (5-15AL)
