Hmm didn't think there was a +5 warding...You sure its not plus +7?
+7 wrapping of warding sells for about 1-2k on a good day... If it is +5 i can't seeing you selling it for anything worthwhile. Not worth the hassle of finding a buyer imo.
Not sure about the shield, but it won't be worth much since its a hex bonus and of course the dreadful wood bucklers skin.
