Hi, I was just wondering if we can PM Gaile here? I realize this may not be a good idea, since it could be very easily abused. Just wondering if it's at all possible or recommended. Thanks!

Certainly can. Just be courteous and friendly and remember that she has a lot to do

so she might not reply extremely quickly.
