Locusts' Fury

Curious, as to why this is a crit line elite, and not dagger? Given as dagger mods chance to double strike, not the crit line.

Anyone know, or just some random placement by a dev?

yeah I was guttered when I first discovered that it was on the critical line, my Wamma would've loved it.

Locusts' Fury would be a lot better if you could double strike on lead and off-hand attacks. As it stands, it's pretty much strictly a PvE skill.

I've never really gotten the full effect from Locust's Fury in pvp. It would rock if the chance to double strike applied to a string of attacks, but that would cause it to be horribly inbalanced. At most, it's a decent skill while waiting for your string to recharge.
