Chest running imperial sanctum

hey all, someone told me its possible to chest run Imperial sanctum, and i was wondering if anyone knows how, i did of course try, and i assume you need to get Shiro to banish you or something, yet whether i go with henchies or alone, he never banishes me, can someone, if anyone knows, explain to me how you do it?

In the last "outpost" area before you go to fight Shiro, you head back into the Palace explore zone.
