At least, try to contact the seller. Maybe it was an honest mistake and you could get a refund, especially if the seller cares anything about his/her E-Bay rating. If you end up screwed, post a negative comment to the seller's account, and try to buy from sellers with a good rating in the future. Buying used online games is usually not a good idea. At any rate, good luck.
