ID items without Actual using the ID kit?

I've seen people spamming selling undi items in droks. My guildie told me that they tested them and they know what they are, without actual IDing them. Can someone break the code and fill me in....

Uhh...if you equip the item even if it's UnID, you will get the stats onto your character, but you won't be able to see it. For example, if a 2:1 Vamp Sword of Fort +27 HP and 13% more in Stance was UnID, when you equip it you would have a -1 HP regen and you would gain 2 HP per hit. Also, you would gain 27 Health from the weapon. The 13% in Stance is a bit trickier, but you could figure it out from...maybe Wild Blow and using a stance/not using a stance. It requires more work for the armor mods and sundering and damage mods, but people can do it.

my friend will hand me a sword that unidentified and says its, 14%^50 with +29health etc. and then say identify it. he can even workout if its a bonus whilst in stance, enchanted and exactly what the bonus is.
Its only really worth it for fellblades etc that r worth a bit. heres what u do,
Exit ascalon. just out side to the right theres gargoyles. They have no armor.
u need a pen & paper and a heaps or say max dmg swords or axes, 1 13%^50, & 1 15^50 etc all the different types. hit a gargoyle with a max dmg weapon with no bonus. it whats the max hit it will do?
Now hit with a max dmg sword with 15%^50%. whats the max it will do?
once u write down all the max dmg hit combinations u get an unidentified sword/axe go out there wack some garoyle and go oh yeah this is getting the same max dmg as my 15%^50 1 did. etc. remember if it only doesnormal dmg put on a stance or enchantment.
Never buy unidentified weapons (unles your going for the title)
Mods on weapons should not work at all until they have been identified.
