Good Secondary profeesion for an Interrupter?

i have recently made a mesmer and i want to be an interrupter, i'm not sure what secondary i should choose though.

Go for /Mo for hard res. Chances are, you'll be using a pure mesmer bar for interrupting (and Mesmering in general).

Would a Me/R work with Distracting Shot and Savage Shot using a Composite Bow? Those have pretty fast recharge times.

/Mo or /Rit.

Hard Rez, remove conditions, heal.

/Mo allows you to rez faster (rebirth)

/Rit allows you to summon spirits faster, and rez faster. Dissonance is a disrupting spirit.

You can also go /N for hex or conditions. Mark of Subversion is a good interupter and Parasitic Bond is a good cover hex for Shame or Guilt.

Rangers also have some good disrupting abilities, however, you maybe better off using spells over arrows.

I prefer /Mo for the hard res, resurection chant (in battle).
That one does not drain energy and gives player 100% health.
Casting about 5 seconds (with high fast casting)
I still have to try /Wo for IW.
