Balls, Imo. Adding a +30 will not increase the value of this weapon by that much, or anything near. Adding a mod to a weapon will increase interest, sure, but it's only really on the high-end perfect mods that you will increase the value of the weapon. ie adding a sundering 20/20 to a req8 15^50 fellblade will allow you to ask a little more for it. For these low end weapons, it really doesn't make much difference.
I'd say:
1= 10-20k
2= 20k ish
3= 10-15k
