20-30k at most. Maybe toward the lower end of that bracket.
Highly undesired skin.

With the Totem Axe being so readily available for only 5-8k, it's only the highly desired +5 axe skins that will retain their high values. ie: Dual Gothic, Gothic, Zodiac.
