I just saw bog boy's thread on "what's the best farm you've had in one run?" and it got me thinking about those horrible, redundent, LONG farms everyone has done and gotten next to nothing in return. So the question is, "what is the worst farm run you have ever been on?"

My personal WORST: Took an almost all noob group into tombs when it was first patched in... took over 3 hours to finish and in the end Darkness dropped his best greens but NONE for me... ended up with about 2k in merch including a crap gold raven staff!!! :P

Anet hates me....This week i have been going to UW everyday when we get favor im a 55Monk and my partner is SS so ive been going with hm to UW for like 3days and I do like 3 runs each day and we clear smites and chamber. So for 3 days ive been going with him and we do 50/50 and he always gets the ectos and he got a saphire each day he gets 1 ecto always reserved for him and right after that he got a saphire, and me I must learn to love the demonic remains. Yesterday right when we were going to go in UW i was about to click to take us in then Europe takes favor away from americans....I hope today ill get an ecto..Man anet why all the hate on me?!?!?

In the Deep, back when it was new and Zodiacs sold for tons of gold.

One run from chests 2 wayward wands and 2 straw effigys

I got a gold drop from a monster, which was of course, a wayward wand.

failed at the end so no green, 6k and over 2 hours gone.

he said fow, not uw, but yes its possible....this whole thread is kinda wierd tho, ur all saying u had bad runs with ur friends but they got great loot....if they're ur "friends" why dont they just give u some of their loot??

FoW farming run... dropped 7 shards.. none for me... all I got in that run was 12 piles of glittering dust...

i remember a while ago, in Shing Jea, i helped a newbie out with a quest with my lvl 20 barrager, he was lvl 2 ele, i got.... 2 very, very basic drops, even by Shing Jea standards, and he got about... 15-16 i think, one of them purple, and most of them average-good for Shing Jea

i was kind of annoyed, because he'd basically spent his time dying :S

incidentally, quite a few of the posts before me have been off topic, such as the one's about "how do you solo farm UW with a warrior", it's hardly related to worst farming run, is it?

full solo smite run: no ectos no golds 3 chests all purple....

Wow all these really horrid 20 minutes Smite runs yielding nothing... i feel so sorry for you.... not.

Around christmas, the time of Candy Cane Shards. Cleared 3/4 of FoW on my monk, 1 warrior who had never been FoW before got 8 shards. I got 2 candy cane shards. Some ****ing reward.

I went into Urgoz with a Guild/Friends group, We get to Urgoz after a looong fight. im the EoE Trapper, i find one spot where EoE hits urgoz and Urgoz wont hit the EoE. there where maybe 9 people there, and someone got 2 bows i got nothing the lucky SOB, another time in urgoz we get to his chamber with 11 people, not 2 minutes later there were 2 people left thats 9 err7s simaltaniously.
I am done with Urgoz.

Well.. farming trolls out side DF gave me like 400 once
but as for chest farming, have you ever had 5 runs in a row where there were no gold chests?
