I consider the +5 energy mod more useful over the +30 hale staff head.
If you want +30 life, use a +30 staff wrap instead.
As for price... it's ghostly, low req's, and perfect... think BIG (1mil+ and beyond).

well, the 20% enchant is nice for ele attunement, its almost enough juice to make it spammable, you only have to wait about 6-8 sec. to use again, i prefer the 20% enchant

well i think it can goto 1.2 million top...there aren't lots of ppl like to pay huge amout of money on caster items
