Skill Bug - Mighty Was Vorizun

"Spell. Hold Vorizon's ashes for up to 15...51 seconds. While you hold his ashes, you gain +15 armor and +20 maximum Energy. "

When used you should gain 20 energy and 15 armor for the given amount of time, but when used you only gain 5 energy, and a unknown amount of armor. Am I reading this wrong or is this bugged? With about 4 points in communing you can have +20 energy all the time, this seems too good to be true.

For those of you with experience with this spell what is the correct skill description?

its not bugged, you lose the effect of both your weapon and any offhand you have. Energy from both of them get taken off. You're effectively getting your normal energy +20 energy, which works out to be more than what you had with your weapon/offhand.

When holding an Urn, you lose access to whatever weapons and/or focii you were carrying. By the looks of it, you're using an Insightful staff, losing 15 Energy and gaining 20, which is why you only see a +5 increase.
