One of the worst nightmares for a clan leader, is when they create a sub-guild ,put someone in charge, then that person runs off with the guild and refuses to pass it down...
That totally mucks things up for a clan leader who formed a sub-guild.
So, how about a side-roster, letting the clan leader, have control over the head of a sub-guild.
if the head of a sub-guild decides to go crazy and steal the guild, then the clan leader can sassign a new, more reliable head, without having to pay a ransom to get it back...
