55 warrior?
Vladicon
I was thinking about making a 55 warrior for 1 reason....but im not sure if im right that it will work, so im asking. If i made a 55hp warrior and use protective spirit (cant take more than 10% damage at a time/cant take more than 5 damage at a time) would a sup absorption on knights gloves (sup absorption being -3 damage taken, and knights gloves being -2 damage taken) prevent taht 5 damage? Basically, does the -5 damage subtract from the 5 damage i take because of prot. spirit? If so, i feel this would be one of the cheapest builds ever...

I dont think abs stacks with PS. Anyways the build would be crap, seeing how you'll have max 35 energy and at least -1 degen.
Hockster
Nope. Besides you'd have a serious energy crisis in no time flat.

if you use a Superior Absorbtion, you would be at 130hp, not 55. Also, Knights armor isn't global anymore.
Phoenix Arrows
IIRC, Prot Spirit reduces damage after everything else. So if you SHOULD take 43 dmg, for example, Knights would reduce it to 40, Sup Abs to 37, and then Prot Spirit to 5 (10%).

Got bored one time and another monk used life bond on my 55 monk and I was still taking -5s. I agree with Phoenix Arrows on PS taking effect last.

Still, having only 2 pips of energy regeneration can't help a warrior 55 at all =/

I've done the 55 Warrior thing. It was fun for a bit, and it made the Grasping Darknesses really easy. But it got boring, and I eventually went back to my 55 Mesmer.

Absorption does not have an HP penalty. You would be at 55+75=130hp

all he has to do is die once and here ya go low hp.
but seriously, are you just lasy to make a monk? yes? well, too bad!
no cash? make a 55 ele, there cheap (~100-200g/rune) and they PWN as much as 55 monks, and deal more damage if you want solo farmng. you want Spell breaker? cap Obsidian Flesh, its about same thing.
dont forget, for 55 build you need at least 2 bonds up... actually 3 is even better but you cant afford energy DEGENARATION, even with bonneties
