WTB +30, -2 enchanted and +60, -3 hexed shadowshields

Name says it all, looking for shadow shields with these stats:

+30 Health always
-2 Damage while Enchanted

+60 Health (while hexed)
-3 Damage while hexed

Taking any req, but of course, lower the better!

Offering well for these shields.
